External bolt-on hinge for surface mounted doors.

Universal left and right mounting. Opening angle 180°. Supplied with washers, nuts and unassembled. Stud or bolt for door part is not included.

MATERIAL:
Hinge and nut: Steel, zinc plated.
Pin and washer: Brass, zinc plated.

Flush mounted hinge for even or uneven door levels. Holes for countersunk M5-screws, and bushings to reduce friction when opening / closing.

Door part and frame part are mounted separately, and the pin is locked when pushed in place, with a fixed polyamide clip to secure the assembly. Universal left and right mounting. Protection degree IP65 / NEMA 4. Supplied unassembled.
