empty STEP file

In Altiumdesigner the step file is empty！

Thaks a lot for the effort, but I m afraid the step model doesnt work in Allegro.

Looks very nise, but unfortunately STEP model is not working. 
Seems like empty file with header and footer:

ISO-10303-21;
HEADER;
FILE_DESCRIPTION (...
